Those of you who are not new to this blog know I have a bit of an obsession with my hometown of Portland, Oregon. It is a bit of a joke with my out of town friends. I could talk about Portland for ages. I didn't think it was possible but I may have come across someone who has the same love and affection...except this time for Brooklyn, New York. Photographer Jennifer Causey created a photo project, called The Makers which beautifully follows local artisans as they create. So lovely to watch a little bit of nothing become something so lovely. The Ceramicist is just one of many beautiful stories.
