...and so continues my personal to do list. 
I love yoga. I love how connected I feel with my body after doing some pretty tricky stretches. I usually come out of yoga discovering muscles I never knew I had...muscles that are in pain. haha. But it feels so darn good. Over the past few years I have stuck to an almost mid-level yoga, constantly eyeing the advanced classes. I guess you can say I am a little scardy cat when it comes to some of these positions. 
However it is now on my "to do" list so no more avoiding. Goin' for the yoga gold.

I may never get to this advanced...but somewhere close?
